    Where there are space limitations, or a side vacuum pipe connection is required, we can offer a replacement for the DV007P/DV001 valves giving a 360º option for the vacuum pipe positioning. These valves are especially useful on Porsche turbo installations or where engine covers restrictions are present.

    Made from billet aluminium, this atmospheric diverter valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating the “Whoosh” sound most commonly associated with rally cars when the throttle is lifted. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.

    Forge FMDVSPLTR “Split R” Recirculating Blow Off Valve

    The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many turbo engined applications that operate metered airflow management sysyems. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.

    This valve uses a Copper and Zinc alloy piston which utilises new sealing technology along with a variable spring preload incorporating a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment to match the valve to your engine. This is achieved by using a unique single, conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure over a wide adjustment range. This unique spring design also allows for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. Other manufacturers valves using cylindrical springs with adjustable pre-load often experience restricted piston travel and a reduction in flow volume.

    Forge Switchable Blow Off spacer for 2.0 litre TFSi engines FMFSITA
    A switchable spacer for the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be . Please note the adjustable FMFSiTA valve is not suitable for the Audi A4 due to clearance issues – please use the FMDVFSiT for these vehicles.

    Please note: This spacer fits the turbocharger mounted solenoid valves and will not fit the latest 2007 on, remote mounted solenoid valves, on the S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra R, which have a different bolt pattern. For these vehicles please see FMFSITR.

    This is a replacement for vehicles fitted with the OEM solenoid valve part number 06F 145 710 C.

    This adjustable spacer will NOT fit in combination with the FMFSITVR

    Replacement Vacuum operated Valve for VAG 1.8 and 2.0 TFSi
    Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit will be significantly reduced.
    We now have the world’s first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible.
